Now Hiring: Remote School Psychologist Virginia

Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. We are seeking a qualified and compassionate School Psychologist to provide remote psychological services to K-12 students in Virginia. The ideal candidate has experience delivering virtual services, conducting psychoeducational evaluations, supporting special education teams, and collaborating with educators and families to promote student success.
Responsibilities:
Provide virtual psychological services to K-12 students through a secure teletherapy platform. Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment results. Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings. Develop recommendations to support students' academic, behavioral, social, and emotional needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers to implement appropriate interventions. Provide consultation regarding behavior management, crisis response, and mental health supports as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations. Deliver services in accordance with Virginia Department of Education guidelines and ethical standards.
Pay Rate:
$48-$53/hour
Qualifications:
Master's, Educational Specialist (Ed.

S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology. Active Virginia (VA) School Psychologist License or eligibility to practice as a School Psychologist in Virginia. Experience providing psychological services in a K-12 school setting. Previous teletherapy or remote assessment experience preferred. Strong knowledge of special education regulations, eligibility requirements, and IEP processes. Excellent communication, organizational, and technology skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
