Virtual School Psychologist | Virginia Remote Evaluation Specialist

Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Virginia school district is seeking a qualified Virtual School Psychologist to provide remote assessment and consultation services for students in a K-12 setting. This flexible telehealth position is designed for a professional who wants to make a meaningful impact while working from a virtual environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong evaluation skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting student success. Working alongside educators and special education professionals, the school psychologist will help identify student needs and contribute valuable recommendations that support academic and behavioral growth. Responsibilities Complete virtual psychoeducational assessments for students across grade levels. Analyze evaluation results and prepare professional reports. Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and families. Participate in virtual IEP meetings and eligibility discussions. Assist with intervention recommendations and student support planning. Maintain accurate records while meeting district timelines. Qualifications Virginia School Psychologist certification or eligibility. Knowledge of special education regulations and evaluation procedures. Experience with K-12 student assessments. Ability to provide secure virtual services. Education Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology. Valid Virginia school psychology credential.
