Global Security Services (GSS), an SDVOSB About the Role Global Security Services is seeking a highly qualified Clinical Psychologist to support the National Geospatial‑Intelligence Agency's Behavioral Science Team (BST). The BST's mission is to facilitate a safe, secure, and productive work environment by deterring, detecting and mitigating potential threats through the expert application of psychological science. You will provide expert behavioral science consultation, direct and indirect assessments, organizational advisement, training, research, and liaison support across NGA's insider threat, counterintelligence, personnel security, and protective services missions. Key Responsibilities Consultation & Assessment Provide case consultation to CI, personnel security, and threat management stakeholders. Conduct direct psychological assessments for adjudication, selection, and fitness‑for‑duty. Conduct indirect assessments focused on risk to personnel, facilities, and mission. Advise leaders on concerning behaviors, team dynamics, performance, resiliency, and post‑incident reviews. Provide individual behavioral science consultation (non‑clinical, non‑treatment). Training & Education Deliver briefs and courses on elicitation awareness, insider threat psychology, operational resiliency, and related topics. Research & Development Produce white papers, validation studies, literature reviews, policy reviews, and other analytic products supporting insider threat and national security psychology. Liaison Build collaborative relationships across DoD, IC, law enforcement, and security communities. Administrative Maintain documentation, metrics, case management entries, and professional standards. Required Qualifications Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA‑accredited program . Minimum 10 years experience as an operational, national security, forensic, personnel, police, military, or corrections psychologist. Unrestricted license to practice psychology in the U.S.

Demonstrated expertise in:

Psychological assessment (direct & indirect), Cognitive & personality testing, Violence/self‑harm risk assessment, High‑quality psychological report writing, Interviewing and data‑driven behavioral analysis, Working with CI, insider threat, personnel security, or law enforcement missions. Desired Experience Insider threat detection methodologies Forensic psychological evaluations Police/public safety psychological assessments Intelligence community psychological consultation Assessment/selection for high‑risk or high‑OPTEMPO assignments Security Requirements Active TS/SCI or ability to obtain SCI adjudication Ability to complete CI‑scope polygraph within 90 days Compliance with
