Key Qualifications:

Current licensure/certification as a Radiation Therapist Minimum of 2+ years of experience preferred; new graduates will also be considered Proficiency or familiarity with Elekta HD, Versa HD, and Mosaiq preferred Excellent attention to safety protocols and patient comfort Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with oncology staff and physicians

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments, monitoring patient response and comfort throughout Accurately document and maintain treatment records within Mosaiq EMR Collaborate closely with the oncology care team to execute prescribed treatment plans Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and ethical standards in radiation care Offer compassionate support and clear instructions to patients and families before, during, and after treatments Participate in ongoing quality improvement and continuing education efforts

Compensation & Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary between $120,000 and $145,000, commensurate with experience and certifications, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
