Qualifications & Experience:

Valid certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT certified) Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program Active, unrestricted licensure to practice as a Radiation Therapist Solid understanding of treatment planning and oncology protocols Previous experience in a similar role highly preferred Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with patients and colleagues Precision, attention to detail, and commitment to safety

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments to patients as directed by physicians Operate and maintain linear accelerators and related equipment Conduct daily quality assurance checks on therapy equipment Support patients throughout treatment, providing clear instructions and compassionate care Observe, document, and report patient reactions and progress to the supervising physician Maintain meticulous records in compliance with department and regulatory requirements Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
