Key Qualifications:
Current certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT) Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) Strong knowledge of radiation safety and patient care protocols Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Minimum of one year hospital or clinical experience preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
Administering prescribed radiation treatments to patients Verifying treatment plans and precision setup Monitoring and documenting treatment progress and patient responses Collaborating with oncology teams and medical physicists Ensuring proper operation and maintenance of equipment Educating patients about procedures and providing compassionate support throughout care
Schedule/Hours:
Typical shifts are full-time, hours may vary based on assignment and facility need
