Job Description

Job Overview Bayside Surgery Center is a AAAHC-accredited outpatient ambulatory surgery center specializing in interventional pain management procedures. Our mission is to provide safe, efficient, and patient-centered care in a modern outpatient setting while helping patients improve function, mobility, and overall quality of life. We perform a variety of minimally invasive pain management procedures, including: Cervical and lumbar neurostimulator trials and permanent implants Epidural steroid injections (ESI) Medial branch blocks (MBB) Trigger point injections (TPI) Additional image-guided interventional pain procedures As a AAAHC-credentialed facility, Bayside Surgery Center is committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Our team works collaboratively to create a streamlined surgical experience while delivering compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. We are seeking team members who are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about contributing to a fast-paced healthcare environment focused on exceptional patient outcomes. This position does require individual to be available every 2nd/4th Thursday of each month for procedures. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program in state of California. Current ARRT certification (Radiography) required. Current California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license. Fluoroscopy Permit issued by the California Department of Public Health. Current BLS certification. Minimum 1-2 years of Operating Room experience preferred Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience preferred Minimum 1-2 year of fluoroscopy experience. Experience in outpatient surgery, pain management, orthopedic spine, or interventional radiology. Experience assisting with spinal cord stimulator procedures. Familiarity with sterile procedural environments. Responsibilities Operate fluoroscopy equipment during spinal cord stimulator (SCS) trials and permanent implant procedures. Obtain high-quality AP, lateral, oblique, and other fluoroscopic images as directed by the provider. Cervical spinal cord stimulator trials Lumbar spinal cord stimulator trials Permanent spinal cord stimulator implants Lead placement verification Generator implantation imaging Lead revision procedures (as needed) Ensure optimal C-arm positioning while maintaining a sterile field. Anticipate physician imaging needs to promote efficient procedure flow. Document fluoroscopy time and radiation dose as required. Perform daily quality assurance checks on fluoroscopy equipment. Ensure proper operation and maintenance of C-arm imaging equipment. Ensure all staff and patients are properly protected with radiation shielding. Wear required dosimetry badges and comply with radiation safety policies. Report equipment malfunctions promptly. Document fluoroscopy usage according to regulatory requirements. Record radiation exposure data. Maintain accurate imaging records within the electronic medical record (EMR). Assist with quality assurance documentation as needed.

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
