Job Description

Overview This is a Full-Time position working 8:30am to 5pm We are seeking a skilled Mammographer/Radiologic Technologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations and assist in the diagnosis of patients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment with exposure to various medical imaging technologies. Responsibilities Conduct x-ray Mammogram and Imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and department protocol. Prepare patients for radiologic/Mammogram procedures and ensures their comfort and safety during exams. Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring quality control standards are met. Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to interpret imaging results. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to patients' confidentiality guidelines. Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during procedures. Requirements Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) holding RT-R and RT-M certifications. High School diploma Previous experience as a Radiologic Technologist/Mammographer of more than 5 years or more is preferred. Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Possess excellent customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of EHR Systems.

$45.00 per hour
