Credentialed as an Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR Tech), with certification and current registration (ARRT preferred) Demonstrated proficiency operating imaging and vascular equipment in an IR Lab Experience in angiographic, vascular, and non-vascular interventional procedures Strong understanding of sterile technique and radiation safety protocols Team-oriented with excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to assess patient needs during procedures and respond swiftly to changes BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

Schedule:

Core Responsibilities:

Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring quality images for diagnostic accuracy Assist physicians with complex IR procedures, maintaining sterile fields at all times Accurately document patient records and procedural details in compliance with regulations Monitor patient status throughout the procedure and provide immediate support if complications arise Adhere to safety protocols to protect patients and staff from unnecessary radiation exposure
