POSITION OVERVIEW

The Bocce Coordinator at Tradition Golf Club is responsible for the development, organization, and delivery of any and every member need while working; as well as implementing and supervising the bocce program at Tradition. The Bocce Coordinator is responsible for the health and well-being of the members and other staff, with a focus on maintaining a sanitary facility. This position is responsible for the development and management of Bocce in all aspects while communicating progress to the Director of Fitness and Spa on a weekly (or more frequent) basis. The Bocce Coordinator will facilitate and be in attendance at, Bocce League Play & Recreational play.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following: Arrives promptly for their shift, in the uniform provided and with exceptional grooming Stands and greets each and every guest by proper name with a smile and direct eye contact Share responsibility with colleagues and staff in cleaning all equipment and areas of the Fitness Department. Strictly follows sanitization plan designed by the Director Assists the Director of Fitness and Spa in any required fitness/Bocce duties, at the discretion of the Director Develops and manages both the social and competitive Bocce Leagues Creates Bocce schedule for practice, classes, and league play; assists members in the creation of teams. Monitors all scores and posts information for member access Creates and post standard rules for Bocce at TGC In tandem with the Director of Fitness and Spa, orders Bocce materials and equipment as needed. Ensures that courts and equipment are properly maintained and groomed Manages the Bocce courts and coordinates any R&M needs for both spaces Keeps the Director of Fitness and Spa up to date via weekly (or more frequent) updates on both Bocce and Pickleball happenings Ensures the Tradition Golf Club experience for all members and guests Adheres to policies of the facility and Tradition Golf Club Develops and maintains accurate department maintenance procedures and checklists through routine preventative maintenance and repair Maintains a monthly inventory of supplies and or products, when applicable Becomes knowledgeable about the facility, event calendar, and club amenities in order to effectively communicate with members and/or guests Helps ensure facility is only accessed by Tradition members and/or guests, and that it is safe and secure at all times Reports any incident or accident to the Fitness & Spa Director and draws up a report to be signed by involved witnesses Keeps area clear of clutter and personal effects Informs co-worker(s) of pertinent information at the end of the shift Informs Fitness & Spa Director of any member, guest, or facility issues Assists staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products to help maintain facility and prepare for special events Customer Service

• Follow up on complaints, questions, and concerns; respond to internal/external customer needs in a friendly, timely and efficient manner Teamwork

• Comply with established safe work practices and attend to all safety-related training provided or made available by the Company Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Solid understanding of the games of Bocce and Pickleball Required Technical / Other Skills and Abilities Familiar with fitness equipment, machines, and cable TVs Familiar with Spa services and Fitness Offerings (classes, hikes, etc) Familiar with Microsoft Office and Jonas. Required Licenses/Certifications CPR/AED Certified Valid Driver's License
