Looking Glass, OnVie's newest master-planned community in Parker, Colorado, is looking for a part-time Lifestyle Coordinator to help bring our very first resident and prospective-buyer events to life. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape lifestyle programming for a community as it grows, starting small and scaling over time. Position Overview Looking Glass is in the earliest stages of development, with just a handful of homes sold so far. The Lifestyle Coordinator will support the planning and on-site execution of 1-2 lifestyle events per month at the Looking Glass sales center, working closely with OnPlace Collective's Learning & Lifestyle Specialist, who partners on Lifestyle On Demand programming for emerging communities. This role reports to the Regional Director of Lifestyle. This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt role designed to flex as the community grows: expect roughly 4-6 hours per week to start, concentrated around event execution and event days. The first event at the sales center is scheduled for August 19. Future events will be planned collaboratively as the community's event calendar develops. Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Execution Help plan and execute 1-2 lifestyle or sales-support events per month at the Looking Glass sales center. Coordinate event-day logistics, including setup, breakdown, and hands-on, on-site support. Communicate with vendors, instructors, and entertainers to confirm event-day details. Maintain an inventory of event supplies and branded materials. Prospect & Resident Engagement Welcome and engage prospective buyers and early residents at events with a warm, professional presence. Support light communications such as event invitations, reminders and sign-up sheets. Help collect attendee feedback, photos and testimonials to inform future programming and create sales & marketing materials. Administrative Support Track basic event expenses and help prepare simple post-event recaps. Coordinate scheduling and event logistics directly with the Learning & Lifestyle Specialist and Regional Director of Lifestyle. Compensation & Schedule Hourly rate: approximately $35-$40/hour, based on experience. Non-exempt, hourly position; employee will clock in and out for all scheduled hours.

Start date:

August 11, including two days of onboarding and training. After onboarding and trainings, this role will be approximately 4-6 hours per week to start; hours expected to increase as the event calendar and community grow over time. Flexible, part-time schedule built around the event calendar, which may include occasional evenings and weekends. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in events, hospitality, retail or customer service. Strong organizational skills and comfort managing event-day logistics independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills; a friendly, professional, and energetic presence. Comfortable working a flexible, part-time schedule with minimal oversight. Ability to lift 25 pounds. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must pass a background and drug screen. Must be able to commute to the Looking Glass sales center in Parker, CO.
