  • $70,000 annually Schedule
  • Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday

What you will be doing:
You'll be responsible for a variety of functions related to safety & security, residential living, transportation and recreation programs in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential Functions:
1. Plan, coordinate and direct the administration and programmatic activities of the directorate 2. Provide staff training, evaluate staff performance, and implement department and personnel changes as approved by the center director and coordinated with the manager, human resources prior to implementation 3. Develop and implement new and revised policies and procedures affecting the campus safety and security, residential living, recreation, student leadership and transportation directorate; coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with overall center objectives 4. Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports 5. Provide staff training, both group and individual, in all areas affecting the community life directorate. 6. Maintain a safe and clean work area that models high standards for a work environment. 7. Assist in the development of community linkages and volunteer opportunities for students; coordinate with other staff and local community resources in the provision of services to students. 8. Monitor shift schedules; plan and direct work assignments and schedules of activities. Manage the scheduling and operation of center-sponsored recreation activities and programs.
Education and Experience Requirements:
