Planning and facilitating activities for residents Encouraging resident participation and social engagement Assisting with outings, games, crafts, music, and exercise programs Building positive relationships with residents Feeding residents meals Supporting residents with different interests, abilities, and needs Setting up and cleaning up activity areas Documenting participation and providing feedback to the Activities Director Promoting a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment Assisting with special events, celebrations, and family/community programs
