Off-Site Activities Coordinator Reports To:

Executive Director Position Summary:

Senior Services of Van Buren County Remote Sites Activity Coordinator is charged with the task of serving with an enthusiastic heart and with a deep love of seniors.

Successful Activities Coordinators will demonstrate:

Excellent activities planning and implementation skills.
Strong ability to lead and participate in activities program.
Strong supervisory skills.
Willingness to go above and beyond.

Daily Responsibilities:

Travel to local off-site activity centers
Manage lunch program
Conduct activities
Organizes and sets up programs and activities
Greets the members and guests
Leads recreational activities as needed; receives and documents membership fees.
Assists with special programs
Prepares and maintains reports of daily activities
Register participants
Opens and closes the building
Maintains computerized databases

Job Type:

Part-time 21- 35 hours per week

Pay:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour + mileage
