Do you enjoy being active in a fast paced environment? The Work Family Connection has an open Site Director position available! Our Site Directors independently manage a program site.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising a team of teachers
• Setting the daily schedule and organizing the flow of the day
• Planning and implementing daily club enrichment activities, such as STEM, art, sports, cooking, and more!
• Training new and current teachers
• Interfacing with school personnel as needed
• Interacting with students and implementing positive behavior discipline
• Developing relationships with parents and families
• Purchasing snack and materials according to a budget
• Attending Director meetings monthly
• Being involved in planning of regional events These are just some of the great things you would be doing as a Director! The position interacts with kids and supervises adults
• best of both worlds! The position hours are 7am-8:45am and 2-6pm M-F. Only applicants with 2+ years of experience in a child care professional setting and/or a BA degree will be considered. More experience is a plus. This position has an opening immediately for September start
