Welcome home to The Vineyards. We are a small community oriented skilled nursing facility in Frankfort, Ohio. We are seeking experienced enthusiastic individuals with excellent attendance, excellent attitudes, and excellent work ethics to join our team and become part of our home with a heart on a long-term basis. Experience and or Certification are preferred. We are looking for an Activities and Social Services Coordinator or Director. This is a Full-Time position with benefits and involves occasional use of your own vehicle.

QUALIFICATIONS

Social and outgoing. Self-motivated and organized Able to plan and perform activities with the elderly. Able to follow instructions Administrative skills and experience Long Term Health experience, preferrable Professionalism Able to do simple math and book keeping Degree or experience preferred, but not required Use of your own vehicle

Documentation & Computer Skills DUTIES:

Clinical administration Transportation and service coordination Marketing, community liaison and event planning Admissions and discharge planning Assistance with meals Activity performance and planning Coordinating and leading monthly IDT and Counsel meetings Documentation Multiple professional relationships

Simple Accounting Errands, Shopping, Banking Resident Interviews Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
