Duties Plan, coordinate, and oversee a diverse calendar of events and activities tailored to resident interests and seasonal themes Manage activity schedules, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of programs Lead a team of activity staff and volunteers, providing guidance, training, and motivation to deliver exceptional resident service Engage with residents directly to promote participation in activities and gather feedback for continuous improvement Handle all aspects of event logistics including setup, equipment management, and cleanup Maintain a safe environment by enforcing safety protocols during activities and ensuring compliance. Manage handling responsibilities related to activity bookings or sales, accurately processing transactions Bonus Structure.
