The Opportunity:
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented individual to join our team in a key role supporting new residents throughout the move in process. This position is vital to our sales process and works closely with the Sales Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, manage inquiries, conduct tours, and ensure room readiness. Reporting To:
Community Relations Director/Executive Director Key Contacts:
Routine interaction with staff from various departments, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and referral sources.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Assist with sales and marketing efforts, including conducting tours, maintaining model rooms, and ensuring a pristine building appearance. Partner with the maintenance department to ensure reserved apartments are presentable and move-in ready Assist in the lease signing process Communicate the move in process to new residents and their families Arrange and distribute new resident welcome gifts as appropriate Orchestrate department manager introductions to new residents and their families Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma, with 2-4 year college degree preferred
Experience:
1-3 years in the long-term care industry
Knowledge/Skills:
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and understanding). Familiarity with State and Federal regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to make independent decisions. Strong team orientation and professional demeanor.
