Hours:

Approximately 2.5 hours one week and 3 hours the following week (rotating bi-weekly schedule) Looking for a fun, flexible part-time opportunity where you can truly make a difference? We're seeking an outgoing, compassionate, and dependable Companion Staff to provide one-on-one support to a friendly gentleman in the River Falls area. As a Self-Directed Support Worker , you'll be hired directly by the individual receiving services to help him stay active, connected, and involved in his community.

Provide companionship and meaningful conversation Participate in community outings and recreational activities Encourage independence and community involvement Support the individual in discovering new hobbies and experiences
