• Operating Room Location Flagstaff, AZ | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 3×12-Hour Shifts (6:30 AM
• 7:00 PM) | Weekends and on-call required Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Level I Trauma Center operating room environment, including ortho, trauma, spine, neuro, and general surgical cases Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio throughout all assigned cases Participate in on-call rotation, including up to 8 weekday call shifts and up to 9 weekend (12-hour) call shifts per 13-week assignment, with a 30-minute recall requirement Work weekend shifts as a standard component of this position Adhere to facility quality and patient safety standards, including medication administration via BCMA Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health records Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Arizona RN License or a valid, participating Compact RN License•Required BLS certification (AHA)•Required ACLS certification (AHA)•Required Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience Experience in general, orthopedic, spine, trauma, and neuro surgery (specifically craniotomies) required Level I trauma experience required; highly skilled clinicians with recent Level II trauma experience at a comparable or larger facility may be considered Local candidates are welcome to apply Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience with Cerner electronic health records Comfort with floating within the facility or to affiliate locations based on census and skill needs Familiarity with high-volume surgical environments including trauma and spine cases Why Join Us Work within a Teaching, Level I Trauma Center featuring 11 OR suites and a diverse, high-acuity surgical caseload Scrubs provided for OR RNs, with free on-site parking and an expected schedule of 36 hours per week Apply For This Job
