Duties Perform aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser therapies with precision and care. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews, skin evaluations, and treatment planning. Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-procedure care, and safety protocols to ensure informed decision-making. Maintain meticulous medical documentation of all procedures performed in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans and ensure seamless service delivery. Manage patient intake processes, vital signs, and follow-up appointments to optimize treatment results and client satisfaction. Stay current with advancements in aesthetic techniques, products, and industry standards through ongoing education and training. Skills Proven experience administering botulinum toxin (Botox) injections and dermal fillers in a clinical setting. Strong knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, IPL therapy, and other non-invasive cosmetic procedures. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Athenahealth for accurate documentation. Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatment options and aftercare. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers and aestheticians. Knowledge of medical terminology related to dermatology, physiology, and pharmacology relevant to aesthetic treatments. Experience managing patient safety protocols, sterile techniques, and infection control practices in a clinical environment.
