The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate exceptional patient care skills. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in home and specialized treatments will be essential in delivering optimal health outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine health needs and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patients' vital signs and health status, providing timely interventions as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive measures. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure a safe environment for patients. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Experience in home care settings is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
