Wabash Senior Living & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. Responsibilities Provide exceptional nursing care while promoting resident dignity and independence. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members. Supervise nursing assistants and provide guidance as needed. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and facility policies. Qualifications Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing. Strong clinical and communication skills. Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented. Long-term care experience preferred but not required. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
