Job Description
Franklin Grove Living and Rehabilitation Center is seeking caring and compassionate Restorative Nurse/ADON to join our team. We are a 132 bed skilled nursing facility in Franklin Grove, IL - only 10 miles East of Dixon, 45 miles SW of Rockford, and 15 miles SW of Rochelle. Our facility is home to a State of the Art Therapy Gym with private Medicare suites, Bistro, and Private Dining Area. Our mission is to be the Preferred Senior Living Provider offering value, choice and independence while promoting health and social interactions, to exceed our residents' and guests expectations while enriching the lives of those we serve and employ. Our Restorative Nurse/ADON will be responsible for helping the organization cultivate a culture of great care and superb quality outcomes for our residents, while at the same time, acting with careful compliance within the strict guidelines of State and Federal regulations to implement justified restorative nursing programming to our residents.
