Your Responsibilities:

Deliver attentive 1:1 nursing for a 5th-grade female student with trach and vent needs Accompany student on school bus to ensure safety and medical support Implement individualized healthcare plans, monitor student status, respond to emergencies Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and families to ensure optimal care Maintain detailed and confidential medical records Uphold strict safety and infection-control protocols
