The Wellness Nurse serves as a coach, educator, accountability partner, and trusted guide throughout each patient's wellness journey. You'll spend your days building personalized wellness plans, reviewing patient progress, celebrating victories, troubleshooting obstacles, providing education, and helping patients stay motivated to reach their goals. You'll work alongside our provider to ensure every patient feels supported between visits while delivering a concierge-level experience that leaves patients feeling seen, heard, and inspired. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, enjoys variety, believes in preventative healthcare, and wants to make a lasting impact. While clinical knowledge is important, we're happy to teach our systems and wellness programs. What we can't teach is genuine compassion, positivity, emotional intelligence, and a heart for serving others. What You'll Be DoingWellness Coaching & Patient Success Conduct one-on-one wellness coaching sessions Review patient goals and celebrate progress Develop individualized wellness plans Provide education on nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, gut health, hormones, and healthy habits Help patients overcome obstacles and stay accountable Maintain regular follow-up communication through phone, text, email, or virtual check-ins Monitor patient progress and communicate important updates to the provider Become each patient's biggest cheerleader throughout their wellness journey Clinical Support Assist providers during wellness evaluations Perform vitals and body composition testing Assist with IV hydration therapy (if applicable) Support wellness testing and diagnostics Maintain accurate documentation Coordinate treatment plans and follow-up recommendations Help patients understand their care plans Concierge Patient Experience Welcome patients with warmth and enthusiasm Answer patient questions and provide ongoing support Coordinate appointments and follow-up visits Ensure every patient feels valued and cared for Help maintain an organized and inviting clinic environment Support patient retention through outstanding service Community & Wellness Events Assist with educational seminars and community events Support patient workshops and wellness challenges Help coordinate VIP Wellness Community activities Encourage patient engagement both inside and outside the clinic Collect patient success stories and testimonials Support social media and wellness education initiatives What We're Looking ForRequired Current RN or LPN license Passion for wellness and preventative healthcare Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Natural ability to motivate and encourage others Highly organized and detail-oriented Positive, energetic attitude Comfortable learning new technology and software Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong critical thinking skills A genuine desire to help people improve their lives Bonus Points If You Have Health coaching experience Lifestyle medicine experience Functional or integrative medicine experience Nutrition or fitness coaching background Experience with IV therapy Social media or community outreach experience Public speaking or patient education experience You'd Be a Great Fit If You...
