- Home Care | Woodstock, MD BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) to provide dedicated one-on-one care for a client in Woodstock, MD . This is a rewarding opportunity for an LPN or RN who is experienced in complex clinical care and committed to providing safe, compassionate, and personalized support in a home setting.

Schedule Wednesday:

8:00 AM - 8:00

PM Thursday:

8:00 PM - 8:00 AM Responsibilities The LPN or RN will provide skilled tracheostomy (trach) care and monitor the client's respiratory status. The LPN or RN will provide ventilator (vent) care and follow established respiratory care protocols. The LPN or RN will perform suctioning as needed to maintain airway clearance and patient comfort. The LPN or RN will manage G-tube feedings and provide appropriate tube care. The LPN or RN will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting the client's dignity and independence. The LPN or RN will monitor the client's condition and promptly report any changes to the appropriate healthcare team. The LPN or RN will maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided. The LPN or RN will provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment. Requirements Active LPN or RN license in Maryland or a Multistate license. Previous experience with trach and ventilator care is required or strongly preferred. Experience with G-tube care and feedings. Comfortable providing suctioning and other skilled nursing interventions. Current CPR certification preferred. Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently in a home care setting.
