Job Description

About Us:

Centered Care of Michigan is a nurse-owned, woman-led agency known for delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological conditions. Our Neuro Rehabilitation Residential Program in Dewitt is Joint Commission (JCAHO) and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accredited and offers a supportive and collaborative working environment.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking full and part time floor nurses for our Neurological Rehabilitation Residential Program . You will work closely with experienced Neuro Rehab Technicians to provide person-centered care that promotes recovery, independence, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversight of daily client care Medication administration and documentation Ongoing nursing assessments and documentation Accompany clients to medical appointments (as needed) Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to follow customized care plans Provide support for ADLs, therapies, and skilled nursing interventions

What We're Looking For:

A nurse with strong critical thinking skills Positive, team-oriented mindset Passion for working with patients recovering from neurological and spinal cord injuries Licensed in the State of Michigan (LPN or RN) Experience in rehab, home health, or residential care is a plus Shift detail: 6a-6p Will require an every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and holiday rotation Why Join Us? $31.00 - $33.00 per hour
