Qualifications & Experience:

Current, active RN license in good standing Previous experience in Interventional Radiology (IR) nursing required Advanced knowledge of patient monitoring, procedural sedation, and vascular access Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and collaborative abilities when working alongside physicians, technologists, and other healthcare professionals

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, patient-centered care during pre-, intra-, and post-procedural phases in the IR suite Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with moderate sedation as instructed by protocol Prepare patients for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensuring all safety measures are followed Educate patients and families regarding procedures, aftercare, and follow-up instructions Collaborate with the Interventional Radiology team to support efficient workflow and quality patient outcomes Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in all electronic medical records Adhere strictly to infection control and regulatory compliance standards Take on a rewarding position where your expertise in IR nursing will make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
