Key Qualifications:
Valid RN license or Certified Surgical Tech credential At least one year of relevant experience (operating room or perioperative setting strongly preferred) BLS certification (additional specialty certs a plus) Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Adaptability in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
Role Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional nursing or surgical technical support in the operating room Prepare and maintain a sterile field before and during surgeries Support surgeons and the OR team, anticipating needs and ensuring optimal patient outcomes Ensure accurate documentation, instrument handling, and adherence to safety policies Participate in post-procedure patient care and equipment sterilization
