We are looking for a flexible, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic Experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our practice. 2+ years of Pediatric experience and the ability to work independently is required. We are unable to accommodate new graduates at this time. This is a full time position and is outpatient only rotating between our two office locations in Waterford and Lake Orion. Responsibilities:
Provide primary care services to patients, including diagnosing and treating common illnesses and injuries. Conduct physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed. Prescribe medications and provide patient education on medication usage and potential side effects. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems.
Qualifications:
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Michigan. Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Ability to perform infant care procedures, including specimen collection processing. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
