Schedule/Hours:
7:00 PM - 7:00 AM shifts Thursday through Wednesday; 7 nights on, 7 nights off No call requirement Weekend and holiday rotations if scheduled
Role Overview:
You'll play a vital role in the ICU, utilizing your acute care expertise to provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, rapidly assess changing clinical situations, and implement evidence-based interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered ICU nursing care Monitor and interpret vital signs and clinical indicators Administer medications and therapies per protocols Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members Document care clearly and accurately in electronic health records Comply with hospital policies, best practices, and regulatory standards
Preferred Qualifications:
Active RN license in the applicable state At least 1 year of ICU experience preferred
Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
