Schedule:

Flexible shifts available seven days a week Customize your schedule to fit personal and professional commitments Minimum required hours can be met weekly or bi-weekly

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive home health risk assessments, each averaging 45 minutes per visit Assess and document prior and current health conditions, medical history, and medication compliance Educate patients regarding their medical conditions and prescribed medications Identify gaps in care, providing recommendations to help close these gaps Visits are focused on assessment onlyno treatment planning or medication prescribing required

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina Board Certification through AANP or ANCC Current CPR (BLS) certification MSN degree from an accredited nursing program At least 6 months of recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred This position offers competitive pay at $80-$90 per evaluation, plus mileage stipend and compensation for administrative time.
