Engage in laboratory procedures as needed, ensuring proper handling and analysis of specimens. Stay informed about advancements in ophthalmology practices relevant to patient care. Manage neonatal ventilator settings for critically ill infants when applicable. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Proven experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on memory care or similar environments preferred. Knowledge of infection control standards and practices is essential. Familiarity with pain management techniques and protocols. Experience administering injections is required; proficiency in diagnostic evaluation is preferred. Understanding of laboratory procedures related to nursing practice is advantageous. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate patients effectively.
