What We're Looking For Associates Degree in Nursing. BSN preferred Valid NJ RN License, AHA accredited BLS (Basic Life Support), and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) 1-2 years relevant experience preferred. Per Diem, 12-hour shift. Varied shift
