$100,000-$110,000 per year Full-time | In-person | North Oregon Coast An experienced Registered Nurse is being sought for a full-time clinical leadership position in a senior living environment on the North Oregon Coast. This opportunity may be a good fit for an RN who enjoys working with older adults and is looking for greater autonomy, leadership responsibility, and the ability to have a meaningful impact on the quality and consistency of care. Candidates do not need to currently hold a Director-level title. Relevant nursing experience in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, or Hospice will be considered. The RN will provide clinical leadership and oversight while working closely with residents, families, care staff, and community leadership. Responsibilities include supporting resident assessments and care planning, staff education and development, clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, and overall quality of care. Qualifications Current Oregon Registered Nurse license in good standing Recent professional nursing experience in Oregon Experience in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, or Hospice Strong clinical assessment and judgment Ability to provide education, guidance, and clinical direction to care staff Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of clinical responsibilities Experience with regulatory compliance, quality improvement, care planning, or staff development is beneficial Compensation Salary range of $100,000-$110,000 , depending on experience.
