Responsibilities:

Assess, develop, and implement individualized wound care plans for patients with complex wounds Conduct comprehensive wound evaluations, including measurements, photographic documentation, and debridement as necessary Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on wound care techniques, including dressing changes and wound cleansing Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including wound measurements, treatments, and responses to treatment Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize wound care practices Stay up-to-date with the latest wound care research, technologies, and best practices About the
