Day:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations. Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions. Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic testing and screenings. Prescribe medications and develop evidence-based treatment plans. Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and patient education. Develop individualized care plans based on each patient's needs. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care. Accurately document patient encounters within the electronic medical record (EMR). See approximately 18-20 patients per day with the support of a collaborative clinical team.

Shift:

Monday - Friday (No nights or weekends) 8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Qualifications:

Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification. Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice (or ability to obtain). Active DEA registration and prescriptive authority. Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills. Experience in primary care, women's health, family planning, or community health preferred. Previous credentialing with commercial payers (such as Highmark, UPMC, Cigna, or Geisinger) is preferred.
