Standing Stone Care and Rehab Center in Cookeville, TN is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care to skilled nursing, rehab, and long-term care residents. The RN will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor changes in condition, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update resident-centered care plans. The role includes supervising CNAs, documenting accurately in the medical record, and educating residents and families.
