Patient Population Pediatric patients Trach, G-tube, and vent care Stable home cases Available Shifts Day shifts (high need) Night shifts Full-time and part-time Responsibilities Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home Monitor patient condition and vital signs Perform tracheostomy care; ventilator care once trained Communicate with clinical team Complete electronic documentation Requirements Active Texas RN or LVN license Trach experience required Vent experience preferred — NOT required.
