$38•45 per hour,

Shift differentials available Job Description Overview A leading Drug Treatment Facility in Ingram, Texas, is seeking Registered Nurses to provide safe, patient-centered care during detox and rehabilitation. You will help stabilize clients, manage withdrawal symptoms, and promote recovery through evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities Conduct assessments, administer medications, and monitor withdrawal progression. Coordinate with the treatment team to meet patient goals. Support educational sessions for patients and families. Maintain documentation and follow all safety protocols. Qualifications Active Texas RN license; BLS required, ACLS preferred. Minimum one year of behavioral-health, med-surg, or detox experience. Excellent interpersonal, crisis-management, and record-keeping skills. Additional Information Compensation & Benefits $38•45/hour plus differentials. 12-hour Day or Night shifts. Permanent position offering stability and growth.
