We're currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of medically fragile children and their families. Key Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting. Monitor and record vital signs, administer medications, and follow prescribed care plans. Collaborate with physicians, clinical supervisors, and families to ensure the best patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Qualifications Current Texas RN or LVN license (required). Current CPR certification. Reliable transportation. Strong assessment and communication skills.
