Known for elevated care, consistency, and results, Spa Sway has evolved from an award-winning boutique spa into a trusted medical aesthetics destination. Following the opening of our Westlake location at the Village of Westlake (Summer 2024) , we are expanding our medical team and seeking an experienced Aesthetic RN, NP, or PA to support continued growth and deliver exceptional injectable-focused care. This role is ideal for a clinician who is confident in injectables, values professionalism and teamwork, and is seeking a long-term clinical home within a well-established, culture-driven brand. Role Overview As an Aesthetic Nurse at Spa Sway, you will focus primarily on injectable treatments while providing thoughtful, consultative care to a high-end client base. You will work under established medical protocols and Medical Director oversight, collaborating closely with leadership to ensure safe, consistent, and high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive facial assessments and in-depth aesthetic consultations Create customized, results-driven injectable treatment plans Safely and expertly administer: Injectable neurotoxins Dermal fillers Educate clients on treatment options, risks, benefits, timelines, and expected outcomes Provide detailed pre- and post-treatment instructions and follow-up care guidance Build long-term client relationships through trust, consistency, and results Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation in compliance with Texas regulations Work within approved protocols under Medical Director supervision Collaborate with the marketing team on a monthly basis to support consistent social media content, treatment education, and promotion of monthly specials Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) , Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physicians Assistant (PA) license in the state of Texas 2+ years hands-on experience as an aesthetic injector Formal injectable training and certification Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection technique, and patient safety Current BLS-CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross) Professional communication skills and polished bedside manner Additional Requirements for Nurse Practitioners Active DEA registration Ability to perform Good Faith Exams in accordance with Texas law if NP or PA Helpful, But Not Required Experience with laser-based treatments Experience with microneedling procedures Laser Safety Officer certification Prior medical spa or cosmetic dermatology experience Training and onboarding support available for clinicians interested in expanding their skill set.
