• earn more as you commit more: Base rate of $80 per completed assessment Tiered pay structure: Your per-visit rate increases as you commit to more hours per month 6-11 visits/day = $500
• 1000 per day Pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits (labs, screenings, etc.) Rates vary by market
