Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (on-call as needed by rotation)

At least one year of recent Home Health RN experience

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their home environment. Complete documentation accurately by 10am the following day. Meet productivity expectations of a minimum of 30 points per week.
