Oak Valley Hospital District is currently seeking a dynamic Patient Financial Services Representative II for our Patient Financial Services department who will embrace our mission, vision, and values. The Patient Financial Services Representative II performs a variety of complex clerical tasks to audit and collect patient accounts. Sends statements, investigates and maintains records and reports on delinquencies, maintains contact with third party payors, institutes collection process, and meets with patients about billing questions. Prepares accounts for assignments and/or establishes payment plans for delinquent accounts. Answers incoming phone calls. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Three (3) years computerized medical billing or related experience preferred Ability to work directly with patients on the telephone and in person to assist in the collections of patient account balances
