Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Answer telephone, screen call, relay messages and answer general questions when possible. Schedule appointments. Prepare, maintain, and file patient charts. Greet and check-in patients upon arrival. Coordinate patient referrals. Maintain patient data base system. Receive and process co-payments. Prepare and stock rooms between patients. Order and maintain supplies for the center. Comply with all Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.

Absolutely Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to operate general office equipment including a PC, fax, and copier. High school diploma.
