We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Office Coordinator to become an important member of our team. Responsibilities Welcome patients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Schedule appointments efficiently while optimizing the physician's schedule. Check patients in and out. Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations as needed. Collect copays, deductibles, and balances. Enter and update patient demographic and insurance information. Maintain accurate medical records in the EMR. Coordinate referrals and communicate with pharmacies and other medical offices. Respond to patient questions professionally and compassionately. Assist with general administrative duties. Qualifications Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred. Back office experience is a plus. Dermatology experience is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills. Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
