About the Role This in-person position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with others, has a warm and welcoming demeanor, and is motivated by meaningful, purpose-driven work. Woodside, CA (on-site only) Responsibilities Include Greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism Answering phones and directing calls Helping maintain a calm, compassionate environment for patients who are often going through emotional and difficult medical journeys Ideal Candidate Kind, patient, and dependable Comfortable working in a professional and discreet medical environment Enjoys being of service to others, especially women experiencing complex health issues Excellent communication skills Prior experience in an office setting or hospitality a plus (but not required) Why Join Us?
