Handled front desk duties checking in and outpatients.
Insurance verification, flags, voicemails and other duties as assigned Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Medical Experience background in Patient Services
Basic or advanced knowledge of the EPIC electronic medical record system or other EMR's is a Preferred
Basic or advanced knowledge of medical data reporting systems
